brush 03 is a natural goat hair pencil brush with a tapered, dome-shaped tip that comes to a fine point. the bristles are densely packed yet maintain flexibility, housed in a matte black handle that is shorter and lighter than traditional brush handles. it sits between brush 23 (smaller) and brush 26 (larger) in the pencil brush lineup.
