brush 03 is a natural goat hair pencil brush with a fine, tapered dome shape. it features densely packed, short bristles that come to a pointed tip, housed in a lightweight matte black handle. the brush head is smaller than a standard pencil brush, sitting between the smaller 23 and larger 26 in the rephr lineup.
