brush 03 is a fine-pointed pencil brush made with natural goat hair and a tapered, dome-shaped head. the bristles are densely packed yet flexible, housed in a lightweight matte black handle. it is smaller than a standard pencil brush, sitting between the larger 26 and the smaller 23 in the lineup.
