brush 03 is a fine-pointed pencil brush made with natural goat hair, featuring a tapered dome shape with short, densely packed bristles. the lightweight matte black handle is shorter than standard brushes. the brush head is smaller than typical pencil brushes, sitting between brush 23 (smaller) and brush 26 (larger) in the lineup.
